Don't grow weary

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Reflection

Faithful work can feel slow, unseen, and unrewarded. Yet no seed of goodness is wasted in God's hands. He knows the right time for the harvest. Trust His character more than your circumstances.

Return to one good responsibility you are tempted to abandon. Take the next manageable step. Do it slowly and honestly. Do not seek immediate results or try to impress anyone.

Keep planting faithfully. God sees both the seed and the harvest. Stay close to Him in prayer. Trust Him for the wisdom and strength to take the next faithful step.

Prayer

Lord, keep me from growing weary in doing good. Help me take the next small step, and trust You with the harvest in its season. Amen.
