God is with you in trials
When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
Isaiah 43:2 (KJV)
Reflection
Deep waters and fire are honest pictures of painful trials. Hardship is real. Yet God promises to remain with us through it.
His presence can change how we respond. Instead of rushing, we can remain anchored in Him. We can face pressure with trust and patience.
Today, do not measure God's nearness by your circumstances. Look for His strength, help, and companionship. Let your response become a prayer in action.
The trial is real, but God will not leave you in it. You may not see change at once. Still, every faithful choice can deepen your character, restore peace, and show His grace to others.
To consider
In what hard place do you need to look for God's presence instead of measuring it by your circumstances?
Prayer
Lord, You are with me in deep waters and in the fire. Help me look for Your strength and companionship in this trial, and respond with trust. Amen.
